Built around the handoff

A move-out clean needs a clear scope, a firm timeline, and no guessing.

Every property leaves behind a different mix of dust, floors, kitchen buildup, bathroom work, empty cabinets, and overlooked edges. We clarify priorities before the visit.

Kitchen reset

Counters, sink, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and floors, with appliance or cabinet interiors discussed separately.

Bathroom detail

Cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom surfaces included in the agreed move-out scope.

Floors throughout

Vacuuming and mopping accessible floor areas after belongings and debris are out of the way.

Reachable dusting

Attention to reachable surfaces, ledges, and buildup that becomes more visible once rooms are empty.

Empty or occupied planning

The scope accounts for whether the property is vacant, partly packed, staged, or still occupied.

Access and deadline

We confirm entry details, utilities, timing, and who needs the property next so the plan is practical.

Cleaning can improve the condition and presentation of a home, but it cannot guarantee a landlord inspection result, sale outcome, or security-deposit return.

Common questions

Move-Out Cleaning FAQs

Do I need to be completely moved out before the cleaning?

An empty home is usually easier to clean thoroughly, but occupied or partly packed homes may still be possible. Tell us what will remain so access and scope can be planned accurately.

Are cabinets, appliances, and baseboards included?

Move-out needs vary widely. Interior cabinets, appliance interiors, detailed baseboards, and other labor-intensive items should be discussed when the scope is built rather than assumed.

Can you guarantee my security deposit?

No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord's inspection or deposit decision. We can build a detailed cleaning plan, but property damage, wear, lease terms, and landlord standards are outside our control.

How far ahead should I schedule?

Move-out dates are often firm, so earlier is better. Availability changes with route and crew capacity; share the address, deadline, access plan, and property condition as soon as you can.
